By accessing cloud-deploy.digital or enrolling in a Cloud Deploy lesson, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a seat.
Services described
Cloud Deploy provides technical analysis training focused on support and resistance mapping. Lesson descriptions, rates, and schedules on this site are informational. A booking is confirmed only when we reply in writing and any required deposit is received.
No investment advice
Training covers chart-mapping craft. Nothing on this site or in class constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument, or a performance guarantee. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and risk.
Intellectual property
Course materials, chart packs, recordings, and site content remain the property of Cloud Deploy or its licensors. You may use materials for personal study. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of recordings and packs without written consent is prohibited.
Accounts and accuracy
You agree to provide accurate contact details when enquiring or booking. You must not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape content systematically.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud Deploy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from trading decisions you make after training. Our total liability connected to a paid lesson is limited to the fees you paid for that lesson.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
